We’re looking for an experienced Barista to join the team at Common Supply Bondi Beach.

Common Supply is a health focused and community space built around great coffee, fresh food and smoothies. We’re all about quality, good energy and creating a welcoming experience for everyone who walks through the door.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the coffee machine, genuinely passionate about coffee and thrives in a busy environment.

You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently great coffee while working closely with the wider team across service and day-to-day operations.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Barista in a busy environment
  • Strong knowledge of coffee
  • Ability to consistently produce high quality coffee during busy periods
  • Fast, organised and able to work well under pressure
  • Great attention to detail and a genuine focus on quality
  • Confident working independently while also being a strong team player
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, positive and professional attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high energy environment

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing consistently high-quality coffee throughout service
  • Dialling in and maintaining the coffee station
  • Managing coffee orders efficiently during busy periods
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and well stocked coffee station
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service
  • Supporting the wider team across food and beverage service when required
  • Following Common Supply standards across quality, presentation and service
  • Assisting with daily cleaning, stock management and close down procedures
