WE’RE HIRING | Join the team at LOVEMENOT — Sandos, Bowls & Coffee

LOVEMENOT is just getting started. We are known for our cinnamon scrolls, stacked sandos, bowls, and specialty coffee. We move fast, we care about the details, and we treat our regulars like they're the main character.

As we keep growing, we're after our next superstar barista/allrounder to join the crew.

We want someone hungry to grow, upbeat, energetic, and quick on their feet — someone who thinks fast, moves fast, and brings good energy to a busy service. Coffee experience is a must, and light food prep experience is a big plus - if you've got the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest. Overall, we are looking for someone to help take our coffee game to the next level

Barista/All-Rounder

You’ll rotate through making coffee, building food orders, and serving customers and prep. Everyone at LOVEMENOT learns it all

You’re perfect for this if you:

  • Have a solid background in coffee and making it high quality, and know the ins and outs of it
  • Exceptional with customers - fun, friendly and genuinely care
  • Love fast-paced, team-first environments
  • Take pride in doing things right, every time
  • Are curious, reliable, and hungry to grow

A FEW NON-NEGOTIABLES:

  • Must be available mornings, lunchtimes (MONDAY-Friday 6.35am -3.15pm) and weekends shortly
  • Must be reliable - no shows are a no go
  • Must be legally allowed to work in Australia
  • Must actually enjoy being around people and giving our guests the ultimate experience
  • Must have a great attitude and be willing and hungry to grow!

At the beginning the role will have 1-2 shifts per week and for the right person, this will lead to more
