We are currently seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as T-Ristas.

About the Role

As a T-Rista, you’ll be the face of Chatime, providing excellent customer service while preparing high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking customer orders at the counter and guiding customers through the menu
  • Preparing and shaking bubble tea drinks according to company standards (SOPs)
  • Cooking and preparing pearls and other toppings
  • Handling cash and operating the register

About You

  • Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required
  • Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Upselling products and promotions
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Delivering friendly and efficient customer service
