Full job description

The Main Street Cafe is seeking a Experienced Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have;

  • 1 year experience in a similar fast paced environment
  • Be able to produce high volumes of coffee beverages following company recipes and quality standards.
  • Operating coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Prepare teas and other drinks such as smoothies/juices.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and handling cash transactions.
  • General front of house duties including clearing and cleaning tables, running food, ordering, arranging displays, stock control, till and daily cleaning tasks.
  • Work well within a team and under pressure.
  • Experience using a POS system.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $26.44 per hour

Experience:

  • Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
