MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and present beverages at the highest quality and consistency.
  • Maintain hygiene and organisation in the store, including storage areas.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and operational protocols.
  • Collaborate with management to provide feedback from customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Education or certifications in hospitality management is advantageous.
