NOW HIRING – FULL-TIME BARISTA

Elements Dining Group is one of Sydney’s leading hospitality groups, operating a diverse portfolio of restaurant, events and corporate brands, including Elements Bar & Grill, Elements Smokehouse & Bar, Elements Brasserie and Schniti.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Time Barista to join our team at Elements Brasserie Belmore.

About the Role

  • Full-time position
  • 5 days per week
  • 7:45 AM start
  • 3:00 PM finish
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Prepare high-quality coffee consistently and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organised and professional coffee station
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Work effectively as part of a busy hospitality team

  • Previous barista experience essential
  • Strong coffee-making skills and attention to detail
