Experienced Barista / All rounder

We are looking for an experienced Barista / Café All rounder to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who is fast, reliable, organised and genuinely passionate about great customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing consistently high-quality coffee quickly and efficiently during busy periods
  • Providing friendly, professional and attentive customer service
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene
  • Opening and/or closing the café as required
  • Supporting and leading the team during service
  • Assisting with stock control, ordering and monitoring stock levels
  • Helping train and support other team members
  • Taking initiative and solving problems as they arise
  • Being willing to learn and confidently take on new responsibilities
  • Helping with anything and everything required to keep the café running smoothly

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has solid experience as a barista, ideally with supervisory experience
  • Is confident and fast on the coffee machine
  • Has excellent customer service skills
  • Is clean, organised and works well under pressure
  • Is reliable, punctual and takes responsibility for their work
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude and is happy to get involved in all areas of the café
