Barista / All Rounder- Busy Café

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Barista / All Rounder to join our fast-paced café team in the heart of Bondi Junction. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in their work, and brings great energy to the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dialling in espresso and delivering consistently high-quality coffee
  • Fast, efficient service during peak periods
  • Providing warm, genuine customer service
  • Taking orders, handling POS, and managing cash/card payments
  • Assisting with food prep, running orders, and general floor service
  • Maintaining a clean, organised workspace at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in a high-volume café
  • Handle 7 to 8kg independently
  • Strong espresso knowledge (grind adjustment, extraction, milk texturing)
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
