EXPERIENCED BARISTA - MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS

We’re a busy, community-focused café with a strong emphasis on specialty coffee, seasonal food and excellent service. We’re looking for someone who loves coffee, knows their way around a busy machine and enjoys being part of a team.

About the role:

  • Cafe hours are 7 am to 2 pm (Tuesday to Sunday), and we can offer flexible shifts for the right person.
  • Prepare consistently excellent coffee throughout the busy service
  • Dial in and maintain coffee quality throughout the day
  • Confidently work in a busy environment and manage high-volume periods
  • Prepare alternative milk coffees and a range of hot and cold beverages
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient coffee station
  • Provide friendly, genuine customer service and operate the Square POS if needed
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team

About you:

  • Previous barista experience in a busy café environment

  • Great attention to detail and consistency
