Full job description

We're looking for a fantastic Waitstaff Team Member to join our crew!

Red Cacao Stirling is on the lookout for a friendly, enthusiastic and passionate hospitality superstar to join our team.

We're a busy, vibrant cafe that takes pride in serving exceptional coffee, delicious food and, above all, creating a warm, welcoming experience that keeps our customers coming back.

What we're looking for

We're after someone who brings great energy, a genuine smile and a passion for making people feel welcome.

You'll ideally be someone who:

  • Loves hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Is friendly, approachable and confident chatting with customers.
  • Enjoys the buzz of a busy, fast-paced cafe environment.
  • Is a great team player who is always happy to lend a hand.
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
  • Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in doing a great job.
  • Has an eye for detail and understands the importance of keeping things looking their best.

Previous cafe or hospitality experience is a bonus, but personality, enthusiasm and the right attitude are just as important!

What you'll be doing

Every day brings something different! Your role will include:

  • Greeting customers and making them feel right at home.
  • Taking orders and delivering delicious food and drinks.
  • Keeping tables clean, tidy and ready for our next guests.
  • Helping keep the cafe running smoothly and looking fantastic.
  • Working alongside our awesome kitchen, barista and front-of-house teams.
  • Bringing positive energy and helping create the friendly atmosphere Red Cacao is known for.
