About the Role

We are looking for Cafe Attendants for part-time roles, 30 hours per week, rostered across weekdays and weekends. This is an exciting and varied role as you will be the face of our land and Ferry Cafes. Our team members love the variety in their workplace. Every boat is different and you'll also work in the Departure Lounge too!

You will provide our passengers with an exceptional experience by delivering first class customer service. Working as part of a team and taking responsibility for the efficient operations of all our Cafes, including safety, legislative compliance, operational and administrative functions is the basis of this role.

If you are energetic, committed, professional, self-motivated, can work autonomously and successfully within a diverse team on land and sea, this role is for you.

As this is a 365-day operation, you must have the flexibility to be available across a 7-day roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Our cafes operate between 3:45AM to 10:40PM (depending on location), offering working hours that cater to both early risers and evening enthusiasts.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience working in a similar fast paced, hospitality focused role - Essential
• Responsible Service of Alcohol - Essential
• Food Safety Course - Essential
• First Aid/CPR certificates - Essential - (or willing to obtain)
• Espresso Coffee Making trained - Highly Desirable
