Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation and Cooking:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of chicken dishes with precision and attention to detail.
  • Follow established recipes to maintain consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and portion sizes to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Salad Preparation:
  • Create visually appealing and flavorful salads using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked salad station, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
  • Kitchen Operations:
  • Keep the kitchen area clean, sanitized, and in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying the management when supplies need replenishing.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline kitchen processes and optimize efficiency.
  • Customer Service:
  • Work with a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring a pleasant customer experience.
