The Coffee Emporium Greenhills | East Maitland

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Breakfast Chef / Kitchen Supervisor to take charge of our busy café kitchen at The Coffee Emporium Greenhills.

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare delicious breakfast and lunch dishes to a consistently high standard.
  • Manage kitchen operations, daily preparation and food presentation.
  • Order ingredients, control stock and minimise food waste.
  • Organise kitchen rosters and coordinate daily tasks.
  • Maintain excellent cleanliness, organisation and food safety standards.
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in a breakfast and lunch kitchen, preferably in a café.
  • Confidence in managing kitchen operations independently.
  • Strong organisational, time-management and stock-control skills.
  • A passion for quality food, consistency and teamwork.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
