What you'll be doing

  • Prepare, cook and present a range of cafe-style meals, including breakfast and lunch.
  • Ensure all meals are prepared to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to understand customer requirements and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Share your expertise and train junior kitchen staff as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cafe Chef or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and presentation
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for creating delicious, high-quality cafe dishes
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent preferred.
