Full job description

The Dining & Co Beaumont Hills is looking for an experienced and reliable café chef or cook to join our kitchen team.

Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality café dishes
  • Manage breakfast and lunch service efficiently
  • Follow recipes, portioning and presentation standards
  • Complete daily food preparation
  • Maintain a clean, organised and food-safe kitchen
  • Monitor stock and minimise food waste
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a café chef or cook
  • Confident working in a busy breakfast and lunch service
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team
  • Availability for weekdays and weekends
