Barista – Café

Job Type: Part-time
Location: Mount Eliza
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

About Us

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Barista to join our café team. We pride ourselves on providing excellent coffee, quality service and a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
  • Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the coffee station and café.
  • Operate coffee machines and other café equipment.
  • Assist with food preparation and general café duties when required.
  • Restock supplies and ensure the coffee station is well organised.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

  • Previous barista experience is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Reliable, punctual and well presented.
  • Positive attitude and a strong team spirit.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays, where required.
