We are a bagels shop / cafe and you will be working with a small team and you'll be preparing bagel sandwiches and daily kitchen responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accommodate customers with specific dietary requirements and requests e.g. allergen-awareness, vegetarian, gluten-free options
  • Comply with all relevant food safety regulations and workplace health
  • Adhere strictly to safety practices in a commercial kitchen
  • order ingredients from local and other suppliers
  • Monitor commercial kitchen food requirements, portion control and wastage control
  • Daily kitchen duties.

Your Qualifications and skills:

  • Trade qualified and experienced
  • food safety certification
  • Be a team player and able to work efficiently in a small team.
