The Role

We are currently looking for a talented and passionate Casual Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in the preparation and execution of the breakfast buffet, working closely with our experienced chefs to deliver high-quality dishes for our guests.



The successful Cook will:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes for our breakfast buffet under the guidance of the senior chefs.
  • Ensure food is prepared to the highest standards, with attention to taste, presentation, and quality.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of dishes.
  • Keep work areas clean and organised, and adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring it is clean and in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.

Talent Profile



Ideally you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Cook in a four or five star hotel or a similar fast-paced, kitchen environment
  • Ability to work productively and safely at all times with a focus on quality control
  • The flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
  • The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of 5 star grooming standards
