Job Title: Cook/Kitchen Hand

Location: Brown Sugar Bondi, Bondi Beach, Sydney

Type: Casual 3 days

Fri 530pm to Close

Sat 4pm to Close

Sun 2pm to close

Restaurant award: plus TIPS and staff meal (NO CASH wages)

Brown Sugar is a local neighbourhood Bistro of almost 20 years - ranking in the top 3 Restaurants in Bondi Beach on TripAdvisor. Brown Sugar is a 44-seater restaurant run by a small team of passionate industry professionals committed to delivering the most memorable fine dining experience.

Position Summary:

As a Kitchen Hand/Cook at Brown Sugar Bondi, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations. You will work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the efficient preparation, cleaning, and organization of the kitchen, allowing us to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

About you:

-3 years previous experience in a similar role

-A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
