Casual Boutique Coffee Specialist – Emporium

Flexibility is key – as this is a casual role, shifts may vary based on business needs.

Ideally, you’ll have availability across 3 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday, with availability for key boutique trading times such as Thursday late-night trade.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers and share your love of coffee.
• Create meaningful connections by offering great service and product knowledge.
• Support your team to deliver memorable customer experiences.
• Confidently use POS systems and digital tools to provide seamless service for every customer.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while ensuring the boutique always looks its best, with shelves stocked and safety standards upheld.
• Bring energy, curiosity, and passion into every shift.
