The Role:

Bellissimo Coffee store trades from 5am to 9:30pm, 7 days for coffee, juices, smoothies, light meals and everything you need for your home coffee needs, including our freshly roasted coffee beans. Come join the team of an award winning coffee roaster!

We’re looking for energetic Café Team Members to join our vibrant Bellissimo Café at Brisbane Airport. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, and love serving up great coffee with a side of good vibes – this is your runway to something exciting!

  • Availability for 4:00AM starts OR 9:30PM finishes prioritised


What You’ll Do: Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm, welcoming approach Take orders, prepare food & beverages, and keep things running smoothly Work collaboratively with a fun and hardworking team Keep the café sparkling and service standards sky-high Help travellers feel right at home – no matter how early or late the hour!



What We’re Looking For: Experience in a café or customer service role (bonus if you’ve worked with food & coffee!) Must have a valid RSA Food Safety Certificate or willingness to get one Well-groomed & professionally presented A positive, “can-do” attitude and love for customer interaction Must have car to easily get to the airport (trading hours often stretch longer than public transport) Availability to work a mixture of shifts early morning and late nights including weekends & holidays Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
