About Us

We are an indoor play centre providing a safe and enjoyable environment for children and families. We are currently looking for Junior Team Members to join our team on a casual basis.

About the Position

This role involves assisting with customer service, café operations, venue presentation, and children's parties. Training will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting customers at reception
• Taking food and drink orders
• Preparing basic café items and beverages
• Cleaning tables and maintaining venue presentation
• Assisting with children's birthday parties
• Monitoring play areas and reporting any issues to senior staff
• Supporting team members during busy periods

Availability

Applicants should be available for a combination of:

• After-school shifts
• Weekend shifts

Requirements

• Minimum age: 14 years
• Current school students are encouraged to apply
• No previous experience required
• Training provided
