We are currently seeking enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to become a Food & Beverage All-Rounder, working across Horizon Restaurant, Relish Café and our Banquets & Events team.

From breakfast service and à la carte dining to conferences, weddings and special events, no two shifts are the same.

About the Role:
As a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll deliver exceptional dining and event experiences across multiple outlets within the hotel. You'll work alongside an experienced team, providing exceptional service while developing your skills across our restaurant, café and conference & events operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a team environment and is looking to broaden their hospitality experience within a premium hotel.

Weekend availability is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service across Horizon Restaurant, Relish Café and Banquets & Events
• Provide warm, professional and personalised customer service to every guest
• Set up, service and pack down restaurant, conference and event spaces
• Carry and serve food and beverages safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple outlets to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and responsible service of alcohol requirements
• Contribute to creating memorable dining and event experiences for every guest

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant
• Current QLD RSA Certificate (essential)
• Confident three-plate carry experience (essential)
• Flexible availability across 7 days (including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays)
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
• The ability to remain organised and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Immaculate personal presentation

Pay: $33.85 – $47.39 per hour
