Join the Pretzel Mania Team – Casual Team Member

Locations: Tea Tree Plaza, Marion & Adelaide CBD
Employment Type: Casual

Love working with people and enjoy a fast-paced environment? Join Pretzel Mania and help us serve fresh, handcrafted pretzels with outstanding customer service.

About the Role

As a Casual Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer while maintaining our high standards for food quality and store presentation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
  • Prepare and serve fresh pretzels, drinks, and other menu items
  • Operate the POS system and process payments accurately
  • Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Restock products and keep the store well presented
  • Work as part of a supportive team during busy trading periods

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous retail or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not required
