BARISTA – Hidden Grounds Group

Hidden Grounds Group is looking for experienced and motivated baristas to join our team across our Sydney locations.

Locations:

• Hidden Grounds – Miranda
• Hidden Grounds – Kirrawee
• Hidden Grounds – Tallawong

About the role:

• Preparing high-quality coffee consistently
• Taking customer orders and providing friendly service
• Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
• Working efficiently during busy periods
• Supporting the team with general café duties when required

About you:

• Previous cafe/barista experience preferred
• Good coffee-making skills and knowledge
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Weekend availability is preferred
• Australia cafe experience is highly regarded, but we are happy to consider candidates who are willing to learn
