Join the Team at Lu Mare Restaurant

We're looking for passionate Front of House Restaurant All Rounders to join our team at Lu Mare.

If you love hospitality, thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a casual position with the opportunity for ongoing hours for the right candidate. We're looking for well-rounded hospitality professionals who are confident working across both the floor and the bar.

We're also open to applications from experienced wait staff or bartenders who are looking to join a supportive and professional team.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar environment
  • Cocktail making experience preferred
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge, with Italian food and wine knowledge highly regarded
  • Confident providing table service and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Current RSA (essential)
