Head Barista Wanted – Blackwood Bondi

Blackwood Bondi

We’re looking for an experienced **Head Barista** to join our team full-time in Bondi.

What We’re Looking For

* Available to work **5–6 days per week** *(hours can be discussed)*

* Strong understanding of coffee and café workflow

* Great attitude, common sense, and team spirit

* Weekend availability is essential *(some weekends off can be negotiated)*

* Currently based in Sydney only

You Should Have

* Positive can-do attitude

* Passion for coffee, good food, and drinks

* Strong natural customer service skills

* Flexible attitude and reliability

* High customer service standards

* Friendly and outgoing personality

* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
