Open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Fellini’s is inspired by the authentic, high-energy Italian street food experience of the vibrant trattorias of Naples and the Amalfi Coast. Fellini’s brings the perfect mix of casual and Mediterranean dining.

We're looking for a vibrant Café Manager to lead service and support the day-to-day operations of the café. If you're passionate about coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment and love developing great teams, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and motivating a team of baristas team during breakfast service
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day café operations
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Assisting with staff training, onboarding and development
  • Managing rosters, stock control and ordering
  • Maintaining high presentation, cleanliness and service standards
  • Supporting the venue leadership team with daily operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a café or restaurant leadership role
  • A confident and approachable leader who leads by example
  • An understanding of coffee and how to execute the perfect pour
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality, coffee and guest experience
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Experience with POS systems and hospitality technology is highly regarded
