What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations
✔ Leading, training, and motivating the team
✔ Ensuring outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction
✔ Managing stock, rostering, and day-to-day decision-making
✔ Upholding food safety, hygiene, and brand standards
✔ Driving a positive, efficient, and customer-focused environment

• Extensive experience in hospitality and restaurant/café management
• A mature, confident leader with strong people skills
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage a busy service period
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A passion for quality food, coffee, and customer service
