Experienced Barista – BAKE’D Merrylands

BAKE’D is looking for an experienced Barista to join the team at our new Merrylands location.

Part-Time positions available.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ barista experience in a busy café
  • Confident producing high-volume, quality coffee
  • Strong milk texturing and latte art skills
  • Able to dial in and adjust grinders
  • Fast, organised and calm under pressure
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
  • Available weekends and public holidays
