Full job description

Panini Brothers is an iconic South Australian institution renowned for our extensive Italian home style breads, pizza, focaccia, bakery and continental cake offering since 2004.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cafe All Rounder / Barista to join our Cafe team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and maintaining high quality coffee and other beverages consistently and in a timely manner
  • Greet patrons, converse with them about our coffee origins, learn their orders and make them feel welcome
  • Front Counter Service
  • Food Preparation
  • Food Running / Clearing / Cleaning
  • Handle transactions using our POS system
  • Maintain, check and clean our machine, grinders and equipment
  • Monitor supplies, restock items daily
  • Product knowledge, learn about the products so you can advise customers regarding ingredients/allergens
  • Cleanliness & hygiene, handle all products in accordance with our food safety policy.
