Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for great food, excellent coffee, and exceptional service? Bravo Norwood is looking for an experienced and motivated Café Manager to lead our vibrant team and help take our café to the next level.

The Role

As Café Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, leading the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service, and working closely with the kitchen and owners to drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service
  • Manage staff rosters, recruitment, and training
  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and liaise with suppliers
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and positively
  • Drive sales and support marketing initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance

About You

  • Proven experience in a café or hospitality management role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for customer service and team development
  • Barista experience highly regarded
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends and peak periods
