Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cafe/Cake shop Manager to lead our day to day operations. Reporting to the owner, you will be managing a small team drive sales and keep the store running smoothly.

Your responsibilitiesn will include:

love coffee and cakes , enjoy chatting with locals, you’ll fit right in.

  • Strong barista & or cake shop experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • sound understanding of food safety and handling
  • Excellent customer service and communication
  • Confident, reliable, organised and able to work weekends if required
