Full job description

Our French Café Maison Saint-Honoré, based in Caversham, is currently looking for an experienced Café Manager to join our team, on a full-time basis. We offer a tempting range of sweet and savoury homemade foods, so the ideal candidate must have experience with French delicacies :

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Café
  • Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback
  • Develop and implement operational procedures
  • Recruit, train and manage Café staff
  • Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses and analyse financial reports
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to design menus.

:

  • Proven managerial role within the hospitality industry (preferably in a French Café/Restaurant)
  • Ideally, a relevant qualification (at least equivalent to an Australian diploma)
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in French and English is preferred.

Annual remuneration: $80000+ superannuation
