Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and coach your crew to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth processes.
  • Scheduling & Planning: Create rosters, assign duties, and ensure coverage during busy periods.
  • Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, ordering, and rotation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Monitor food costs, control expenses, and achieve budget targets.
  • Compliance: Perform opening and closing duties, ensure safety standards, and act as the first aid officer when needed.
  • Collaboration: Be an integral part of the Virgin Active club leadership team.


Qualifications
