Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and professional Head Barista with proven supervisory skills to join our team in a fast-paced café environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, commitment, dedication, honesty, reliability, and a genuine passion for quality coffee and customer service. The ability to manage workflow, support team members, and maintain high operational standards is essential.

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 38.0 per week
