We are seeking a strong Café Manager / Venue Leader to join our team for the opening of our new Hurstville location, scheduled to open mid-October.

This is not just a standard café role we are looking for someone who can take full responsibility for leading a venue, managing a team, maintaining standards, and helping grow the business long term.

The successful candidate must be accountable, confident under pressure, highly organised, adaptable, and capable of leading a fast-paced hospitality environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

You will play a key leadership role in the launch and ongoing operation of our newest venue. Training will begin several months prior to opening to ensure the team and systems are fully prepared.

This position is ideal for someone with previous hospitality management experience who is also open-minded, adaptable, and ready to learn new systems within a growing franchise environment.

Please note:
Successful applicants will initially commence on a 3-month probation period.
