Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Front of house staff to join our team. We are a cafe based in Glen Waverley.

The ideal candidate should have:

Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and a passion for the coffee culture.

High-standard barista skills on a commercial machine.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Should be friendly & approachable & have a good customer attitude.
