Are you a high-energy hospitality legend who loves great coffee, fresh food, and local beachside vibes? Made in DY is looking for a vibrant, reliable, and experienced Cafe All-Rounder to join our team in Dee Why!

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with locals, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As an All-Rounder, no two days are exactly the same. You will rotate across front-of-house and kitchen support, including:

* Pouring great drinks: Nailing coffee orders, cold drinks, and keeping the caffeine flowing.

* Smiles at the counter: Greeting locals, taking orders via the POS system, and delivering top-tier customer service.

* Kitchen & Prep Support: Helping out with light food prep, plating up, and keeping the food side moving smoothly.

* Keeping it spotless: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, clearing tables, and washing up.

What We Are Looking For

* Experience matters: P experience in a fast-paced cafe or hospitality setting.

* Coffee confident: Basic barista and milk-texturing skills are highly preferred.

* The right attitude: A strong work ethic, a team-first mentality, and the ability to stay smiling under pressure.

* Local flexibility: Available to work flexible day shifts, including early mornings and weekends if requires.

* Communication: Fluent English and excellent customer service skills.
