We are seeking an experienced and energetic Café All Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people. You'll play a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a great experience that’s welcoming and engaging.

OUR CAFÉ ALL-ROUNDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Speaking and interacting with both new and regular customers
  • Preparing and serving specialty products and beverages
  • Adhering to recipes and presentation standards for food and beverage items
  • Handling cash and POS Systems
  • Maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment
  • Following health and safety guidelines

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • High energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
  • Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team
  • Well presented, communication and time management skills
  • Experience making coffee, some barista skills
  • Experience with cooking and kitchen
  • Can speak English fluently
  • Must be in Australia for at least 12 months
