We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tea Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality tea and specialty drinks, maintaining ingredient stock levels, ensuring cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and brew tea according to company SOPs and quality standards.
• Make drinks ingredients and toppings such as pearls, jelly, and tea bases.
• Maintain cleanliness of preparation areas, equipment, counters and dining area.
• Refill ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Operate POS systems and process customer payments.
• Provide friendly customer service and answer questions about menu items.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

• Previous food service, cafe or bubble tea experience preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability
• Can stay in the position for more than 1 year.

Pay: $25.00 – $38.75 per hour
