Barista Wanted – Join Our a fun, friendly and vibrant team at Stanhope Village Shopping Centre.

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Barista to join our team at Leaf Cafe & Co. Stanhope Gardens.

About the role

  • Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Take orders, operate POS, and assist with general café duties.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
  • Work confidently in a fast-paced café environment.

Key requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years barista experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of extraction.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure during busy periods.
  • Must be available Mondays, Fridays and Sunday.
  • Availability between 8:00am – 5:00pm (café hours).

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
