Position Overview:

As a Barista at Bare Whole Foods, you will play a key role in enhancing our customers' overall experience by preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages. Your passion for coffee, commitment to exceptional service, and ability to work in a dynamic environment will contribute to the success of our cafe.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, lattes, and specialty drinks, following Bare Whole Foods' recipes and standards.

2. Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.

3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment and utensils.

4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.

5. Stay informed about coffee trends, product knowledge, and contribute ideas for menu enhancements.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Barista in a cafe or similar setting.

2. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including espresso preparation and latte art.

3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

5. Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for health and wellness.

Ideal candidates are senior barista's preferably with managerial/supervision experience. Full time contracts available. Ideally applicants from the northern beaches area will be considered.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $46.00 per hour
