Pasticceria Cavallaro is a family-owned patisserie café known for its high-quality coffee, freshly baked pastries, desserts, and exceptional customer service. We’re passionate about creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers while delivering a premium café experience.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Barista & Café All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, hospitality, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve espresso coffee and other beverages to a high standard.
  • Operate the coffee machine and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Assist with general café duties, including taking orders, serving food, and clearing tables.
  • Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the café.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with restocking and ensuring products are displayed attractively.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous barista and hospitality experience preferred (training can be provided to the right candidate).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak trading periods.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
