Sharetea Chadstone is Hiring!

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused Full-Time and Part-Time Team Members to join our team at Sharetea Chadstone, Chadstone Shopping Centre.

About the Role

As a Sharetea Team Member, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving bubble tea and other beverages according to Sharetea standards
  • Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service
  • Preparing ingredients and completing daily opening and closing duties
  • Maintaining cleanliness, food safety and store presentation standards
  • Restocking and monitoring ingredients and supplies
  • Working efficiently with the team during busy trading periods
  • Following store procedures, recipes and operational standards

  • Previous bubble tea, café, hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Full training will be provided

Employment & Hours

  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
  • Approximately 20–38 hours per week
  • Full-Time applicants should have flexible availability across the week
  • Weekend and public holiday availability may be required
