The Position
- Utilise your solid understanding of coffee to build on a loyal customer base.
- Collaborate with the kitchen to create daily and weekly specials.
- Train and mentor a small but mighty team of hospitality professionals.
- Maintain ordering of stock and supplies.
The Person
- Strong barista experience, with confidence leading a small operation.
- Able to engage with a diverse clientele, from parents to school Executives.
- Reliable, organised, and takes pride in ownership of the café
- Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen management.
- Hold a valid Blue Card
