Restaurant Manager – Antica Dining

North Sydney | Full-Time | $90,000 + Super

Antica Dining is one of Sydney's leading Italian dining destinations, proudly awarded a Chef's Hat and recognised with multiple Wine List Awards. Located in the heart of North Sydney, Antica offers a refined dining experience built on exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and one of Australia's most celebrated Italian wine programs.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the next stage of our growth.

About the Role

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing a high-performing front-of-house team.

You will work closely with our Managing Director, Executive Chef, Head Sommelier and Assistant Restaurant Manager to maintain the standards that have made Antica one of Sydney's premier dining destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop the front-of-house team
  • Drive exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction
  • Manage daily restaurant operations and service execution
  • Oversee staff rostering, labour costs and productivity
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and venue standards
  • Maintain strong communication between FOH and BOH teams
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff training
  • Manage reservations, guest feedback and service recovery when required
  • Support the delivery of private dining events and special promotions

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leadership role
  • Strong understanding of premium dining service standards
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Strong financial awareness, including labour and cost control
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, food and wine
  • NSW RSA competency card
  • Full Australian working rights
