We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our friendly team. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced café environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and creating a friendly first impression
• Taking customer orders and handling cash and POS transactions
• Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Assisting customers with menu enquiries and dietary requests
• Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards in the dining area
• Clearing and resetting tables promptly
• Supporting the barista, kitchen, and wider café team as needed
• Helping with restocking and maintaining a well-organised front-of-house area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer-service role preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• A friendly, professional, and positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

Pay: $33.85 per hour
