Roman’s Deli is on the lookout for friendly, confident, and experienced Front of House staff to join our growing team.

We’re looking for people who love customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to bring good energy to every shift. If you’re bubbly, reliable, and can keep cool under pressure, this one’s for you.

Role Highlights:

Pay: $24.00 – $33.00 per hour, based on experience and role level
Job Type: Casual or Full-Time
Location: On-site at Roman’s Deli

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of FOH or customer service experience preferred
  • Experience working in a café, deli, restaurant, takeaway or fast-paced food venue
  • Confident taking orders, handling customers, and managing busy service periods
  • Friendly, bubbly personality with strong people skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet
  • Adhere to uniform expectations
  • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
  • Interest in quality food, coffee, and deli culture
  • Ability to work well in a team and bring good energy

About the Role:

You’ll be helping with customer service, order taking, running food and drinks, maintaining a clean service area, supporting the team during busy rushes, and making sure every customer has a great experience from start to finish.
