Cohort Coffee Roasters- Bondi Junction

Cohort Coffee Roasters is looking for friendly and reliable Wait Staff / Front of House team members to join our café in Bondi Junction. If you love great coffee, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and taking orders
  • Serving food and drinks
  • Clearing and cleaning tables
  • POS and payment handling
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming FOH space
  • Supporting the team during busy periods

You must:

  • Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Be comfortable working in a fast‑paced café
  • Be available on weekends
  • Be flexible to work a rotating roster

Hospitality experience is preferred.
