Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Barista / Cafe All-Rounder to join our team on Sat shift 6.45am to 2.30pm in Maroubra. If you are passionate about specialty coffee, love multitasking in a friendly atmosphere, and thrive in a busy team, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages consistently.
  • Dialling in grinders, maintaining milk texture, and upholding espresso standards.
  • Assisting with front-of-house duties: taking orders, running food, and clearing tables.
  • Operating the POS system and handling cash/card transactions accurately.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the coffee bar and customer seating areas.
  • Assisting with general food prep and restocking supplies as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a barista in a busy cafe environment.
  • Strong milk-steaming and latte art skills.
  • Great multitasking abilities with a cool head under pressure.
  • Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused personality.

Pay: $26.44 – $35.00 per hour
