Are you passionate about coffee and providing outstanding customer service? We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cafe Barista to join our team in Wantirna South.

About the Role

As a Cafe All-Rounder, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers by delivering excellent service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the café.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Taking orders and processing payments
  • Assisting with food preparation and presentation
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Replenishing stock and supporting general café operations
  • Working effectively as part of a busy team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 1 year of local barista experience
  • Australian café experience demonstrating proficiency in local coffee culture and service standards
  • Ability to produce consistent, high-quality coffee in a busy environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends
  • Experience in a fast-paced café environment
