Position: Café & Kitchen Staff – Part Time / Casual

Location: 7–10 Patty’s Place, Jamisontown

Are you passionate about customer service, hospitality, and working in a fast-paced environment? Entertainment Park is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Café & Kitchen Staff to join our brand-new Penrith venue!

As a Café & Kitchen Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a fun and welcoming experience for our guests. From preparing food and beverages to delivering outstanding customer service, you’ll help keep our café running smoothly while contributing to the exciting atmosphere of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and serving guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Preparing and serving food, beverages, and café items efficiently
  • Operating the point-of-sale system and handling transactions accurately
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of café, kitchen, and dining areas
  • Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety procedures
  • Assisting with stock rotation and general kitchen preparation
  • Supporting other departments during busy periods when required
  • Creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous café, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Barista experience or RSA certification is highly regarded but not required
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic
