Position : Cafe all rounders

As a Front of House Worker, you'll be the friendly face of Durk's Cafe, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a wide range of speciality coffees and beverages
• Ensuring consistent quality in every cup
• Engaging with customers, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the coffee preparation area
• Collaborating with the team to create unique and enticing seasonal coffee offerings
• Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming demeanour
• Taking customer orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations
• Operating the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and tidy dining area
• Collaborating with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. We welcome individuals with a strong passion for coffee, customer service, and food.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• A team player mentality with a positive and proactive attitude.
